~ Shipping Information ~

Each item is handmade and will be shipped within 5 business days.  Usually within 48 hrs upon receipt of order/payment.  I will notify you when your order has shipped. 

 

Domestic shipping is FREE within the continental U.S.A. and will be shipped via UPS ground service.  Shipments are insured by the carrier for the value of the order.  

 

For express delivery and delivery outside the continental U.S.A., please contact me for shipping charges and services.

~ Sales Tax ~

For orders shipped within California, a 9.25% sales tax will be applied.

~ Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation Policies ~

Your satisfaction is very important to me.  If you wish to return an item, you must contact me within 48 hours of receipt of your order to make arrangements for exchange or refund.   Custom and personalized orders cannot be returned. 

 

Buyer pays all shipping costs for return delivery.  Shipping insurance is recommended as I cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.    

 

Refund will be issued only after item is received and inspected.

 

If you find that you need to cancel your order you must contact me within 24 hours.
